Didn't purchase anything but just wanted to express my gratitude and say the owner is a gentleman. Accidentally came to the jewellers on a day they were closed, but he still let me in, took my questions and was happy to measure my ring size. Very kind and helpful.

Having been recommended by a friend I first met Jonathan at Edwards Jewellers when he helped to change my watch battery. Such great and helpful service for such a minor thing. When approaching a big birthday which I was dreading, I asked my husband for a new ring, entirely if his choosing and design and didn’t consider going anywhere else. My husband said Jonathan was extremely helpful, friendly and always in touch to guide during each step from start to finish. I originally came to Jonathan to design and make my wedding band however we also ended up asking him to resize my partner's wedding band too. Jonathan did an incredible job of both rings and we are so pleased with them! The service we received was superb and he even polished my engagement ring too when he needed this for the wedding ring design. He even gave us a lovely ring box which we used on our wedding day! Such a nice guy with a stunning showroom, nothing was too much trouble and every detail was thought of. Thank you so much :)

Looking for a wedding ring, found out about this place on Google.Walked in with my husband, we were not greeted or asked how they could help and there was a moment of very awkward silence until I said why we were here.Consultation was very easy and his suggestions were quite amazing and matched what we were looking for.He walked into the next room to consult his supplier and to come up with a few prices, came back a few mins later to tell us the person is on lunch and that he will give us a call in half an hour with our options.We stayed in the area for lunch and to wander about for over an hour, didn't get a call back. We walked back into the store before heading back home and were informed he couldn't get through and then we left.Then we never heard from him again.We understood why he couldn't give us a price, but couldnt understand why a call just to let us know what was going on wasn't possible. Something just to let us know we wearnt forgotten?Maybe its our own fault? Due to our initial welcome (if you could call it that) we mutually decided not to show our cards and didn't mention we had a budget of 1-2k and wanted to pay immediately and not in installments.We generally feel that we were not wanted, that he didn't want to help us, and we felt looked down at.We've already taken our business elsewhere.I am thankful that if it wasn't for this chapter in our lives I wouldn't have gotten the determination to find my wedding ring that I have now.The Christmas decorations were beautiful inside, I loved the music and feel of the place and was inspired to ask if they could make me some star shaped diamond earrings if things went well, but it was not in the cards.Funny enough, my first red flag wasn't the lack of greeting, I should have known we clashed with this man because there was a fully loaded alcohol table with beautiful glasses and bottles and we don't drink, lol.
