Easy to get an appointment, reception staff were really friendly, my cat was really comfortable around the vet, who explained everything really simply and well. A great experience and I’ll be keeping them as my vet!

Great service. Quickly seen and the waiting room at the cat clinic is made to be stress free and relaxing in case your cat is distressed. Amy on reception was very attentive and gave the kids colouring whilst we waited to be seen. Been using this vets for 2 years now and I'm really happy with the service.

This was mine and Charlie’s first visit to your purposely created Cat Clinic. Although he was stressed( as always) I’d say it’s better that this is separate from the main Clinic.

Westways are a professional friendly group that always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed . They speak to each animal calling them by name and the whole experience is reassuring at what could be a very stressful time.
