What a lovely environment to be in. I felt at home straight away. The Vet was informative, understanding and very professional. A very friendly and caring place.

Very caring and helpful and gave advice easy to follow. Good follow up. My dog loves it there.

Had a 10 o’clock appointment and were asked to wait . We ended up waiting for a hour as the vet was still with the previous patient . I thought this wasn’t acceptable as we were both late for work and the receptionist didn’t do much about it . When it came to having the appointment the vet kept walking out and making us wait in the vet room for 10-15 mins . Pouring sterile liquid onto the vet table and then applying it to our pet - I hope they cleaned the table before doing that. Overall the vet had given us somesterile liquid to use at home and it sorted the problem we had .Wanted to pay the bill afterwards but received no attention from the staff. So we left .Today I have finally paid the vet bill . I give them a 3/5, problem got sorted but no attention to detail regarding service . We will find a different vet next time

Expensive.Recently gone from £27 to £44 for a consultation. Was also charged £36 for a two minute follow-up consultation, this used to be included in initial price. So what less than a year ago was £27 in now £80. An unjustifiable increase.Medicine on internet at £11 is £27 here.Oh if you want to get the medicine elsewhere don't forget you will be charged a £24 prescription fee.I know all vets rip you off but this is ridiculous.Vet quality is ok, not great.No longer do surgery etc on site.A decent vets practice would be nice, but is a pipe dream.In response to the surgery answer.A £36 charge for a 2 minute follow up visit is not justified.As for bulk versus small purchasing, this doesn't justify such a large difference.Not all customers have endless bankrolls.

Have nothing good to say about this practice unfortunately. The admin staff don't seem to communicate with each other, and one of the vets needs a course on how to manage and communicate with clients, shocking attitude. Endless waiting, for both treatment and paperwork. I too gave up waiting in line to pay a bill, so I left and paid over the phone later that day. I've since moved to a different practice.

Had to take my cat in Friday, the staff for all wonderful and helpful. When it came to the bill, I didn't have the full amount and they were happy to let me pay the rest at a later date, which was a massive relief. Highly, recommended.

We have been at this practice for many years and always had good service, but firstly after been booked in for our dog to be spayed, the surgery rang and cancelled our appointment last minute and made it a day later, then at the surgery I was greeted by a rather arrogant vet who then told me they couldn’t do it as there wasn’t enough time period after her last season, although I had never been asked about this from anyone when booking the appointment, sorry to say we won’t be using them again.
