I signed up to their service to get the lawn dethatched" but after four treatments that has not happened It seems that they have a policy that you can only have that done if you choose "direct debit mandate" payment method rather than pay as you go - but that was not made clear. They say it's in their paper work - but I asked every operative who came for my four treatments about when the de-thatching would happen and NONE of them pointed that out. On speaking to the manager
