Fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for any better. I was worried sick second hand car market… had my last car 9 years so very nervous to change. They were very patient and helpful. The back brakes slightly worn on the car so they picked up the car got it sorted and dropped off straight away no problems. Very trustworthy and helpful. Bought a mini countryman about 2 months ago. It's been back multiple times, three times for the same issue which their garage took an unreasonable amount of time to resolve. I've now had the car 2 months and the clutch has gone, 2 weeks prior to this and when I originally bought the car I told Wharfedale motors the clutch did not feel right to which they replied mini's have heavy clutches'. I rang to view a seat ibiza and told them I would be there for 12, I was delayed so I rang and let them know I'd be there for 2pm the salesman said that's fine as they were shutting at 4ish. I turned up at 2pm and the car had been sold. Waste of time and journey! I even rang to say I was still coming when I was delayed at no point did they say that someone else was coming or that I could leave a deposit to secure the car, I would have expected some sort of professionalism, not an answer of I couldn't find your number to ring you!
