He leaves his clients feeling that they are in secure hands - informed, assured of his expertise and confident about the process/service/products he offers. I called John in the hope of him restoring the data from a very broken hard drive. I left it with him over Christmas and although it tool ages he actually managed to recover some very important photos and documents which I thought we had lost forever. John is very knowledgeable and also straight talking and he gave me an upfront price before commencing the work. I would highly recommend John if you have absolutely any computer needs both Mac and PC.

It was a breath of fresh air to find someone who truly knew what he was talking about and communicated regularly throughout the period of fixing my machine. I contacted John after my drive had become corrupted. From the initial contact to completion of the repair & reinstall I received absolutely first class service. John provided prompt & regular updates, explaining everything clearly and concisely. The whole process was complete in 48 hours, and John gave me a thorough demonstration of the amendments he had made when I collected the machine. My PC is now running beautifully. I simply cannot recommend John highly enough. Truly 5* service. Many thanks once again John!!

Contacted John yesterday 1.11.23 explained the problem with laptop, took laptop to John he explained what he thought was wrong, he was very informative ,left laptop with him, and today 2.11.23 collected laptop.No more waiting fir laptop to Start if anyone needs a repair the John at technochip computers is the man to call.Thanks again John for a your help

I came to this place having problems with another computer repair service as they misdiagnosed my PC problem. John was very helpful and friendly right from the beginning and even ran additional tests for me going above and beyond, totally exceeding my expectations.The service he provides is exceptional, as not only is he fast but he does it for a very good price for the high quality parts he uses.
