The booking and organising was all very convenient, clear and well communicated, he arrived on time and quickly fixed the hardware issues we were having with our PC efficiently. I had accidentally deleted a lot of files a while ago and didn't expect to see them again. More recently I was having a lot a difficulty printing some documents. PC Kings were recommended to me so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Steven who called at my home the same day and soon discovered the problem with my printing issues and then managed to recover most of my lost files. Steven is very competent and the charges were very reasonable. I would recommend PC Kings.

What a great service! Needed my laptop securing after a scam attempt so I could get back on with work ASAP. Work done overnight and ready early the next morning. All stages of the process made clear, extra information that I didn't know I needed to know was volunteered, and the charge was very reasonable.

Steve called by and collected my PC the same day as I contacted him, and had it back to me within 24 hours running like a swiss watch! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was running at optimal performance. Fantastic service and good value. Will certainly use again in the future.

Steven arrived on time and allocated the full quoted time to analysing our WiFi/Network set up and then tweaking the configuration to improve coverage and speed. He also helped with connecting a hard drive to the network. Steven was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as he went along and offered some great tips about improving WiFi connection on laptops. Highly recommended.

Mended graphics card and upgraded my motherboard with a spur cable. Both jobs done professionally and my system looking shiny and new to boot. The fee, which was itemised in an email invoice, was extremely reasonable and I was happy to pay after being shown the work done and seeing it running.This will be my first port of call for any future damage I may wreak upon my poor computer. Very happy with the whole experience.
