Great service , 22/06/2023 Went in for adjustment to Omega sea master 300m. All staff friendly and Mike did great a job on removing link have used before will continue to use highly recommended. Can not praise highly enough.

My daughter wanted to buy a ring with birthday money she had received. The lady who looked after her was lovely. Made sure the ring she eventually choose she was sure about. Needed altering. Phone call received about two hours after we left. It was ready. Absolutely brilliant service all round.

My Seiko automatic was running far to fast . I spoke to the guys in the watch department and Jack decided on demagnetising the watch first . Their professional and knowledge in not just horology , but in rare deleted Seiko's is first class . My beloved watch is now working .Great shop , brilliant staff and a very happy customer .

What a really well managed establishment. Popped in for help regarding my loose sovereign coin in it's ring mount (which I didn't purchase from them I'll just add) the staff were very quick to offer their help taking my ring and fitting the sovereign more securely than it was, which took them 2 minutes to do. No payment was asked which was incredibly kind of them. Left with a big smile on my face.

Took in a ring I had to be altered, I was told that it would take 2 weeks and they would call me with a price estimate. I had to call Guest and Phillips 2 weeks later as I hadn’t hear anything which they then informed me that they had my number written down wrong (despite correcting them when I first went in). From this point they said it would be another two weeks - the ring then wasn’t actually ready until 4 weeks later making it a 6 week process. When I went in to collect my ring I asked if the price would reflect the time it took as I was quoted for a 2 week time period - they replied saying they wouldn’t and that they outsource their work so couldn’t take any less! Also using the Christmas work load as an excuse despite not warning customers of this in the first place. The ring was done nicely which is the only benefit to my experience but wouldn’t use them again, I would rather go directly to whoever they outsource their work to.

Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered online yesterday evening and was able to collect the watch this morning. They'd also adjusted the bracelet as requested and also took the time to make further adjustments in store after I'd tried the watch on. As always, the staff were really pleasant and friendly. I've bought from Guest & Philips for years and will continue to do so as their service can't be beaten.
