JEEP WRANGLER -- FV69KMK--WARNINGI would like to share our experience to warn other people.We bought a two-year-old jeep wrangler in this showroom. We were assured that the jeep has warranty.On second day we reported problem with red light on dashboard , but they ignored this replaying that is nothing to worry about.They just ignored the problem and not offered me diagnostic and repair.That's why we booked an appointment with another Jeep representative.We have been informed of diagnostic by Oldham Motors as soon as they believed the faults.1/ The car was flooded with water inside to the height of the belts2/The car was modified and therefore lost its one-year warranty3/ The modifications broke individual parts in the car4/ Damaged electric harness glued together, flooded, cables torn off5/ Alarm error lamp on dash- cannot be repaired due to damaged wiring6/ the horn does not work- due to damaged wiringI had to pay £792 only for car diagnostics. No repairs were carried out because we been told it would cost thousands to repair.We paid so much money for the car, we thought it would be without any defects that we would not have to spend money on repairs. The car was modified and therefore lost its warranty.They agreed that I could give them the car back. Then the same car was put up for sale after two days.They still haven't reimbursed me for diagnostics cost in the amount of £ 790 therefore we must take legal action.I have lost confidence in this company.

We originally came to test drive a Wrangler in August 2022 and were served by Andy. We hadn’t driven a Jeep or 4x4 before so it was a new experience.We loved it and it’s been our dream adventure car for a long time! We’ve talked about them every day for nearly a year.We got a dog this year so needed something bigger, Andy again was so helpful. He has a very calm and reassuring demeanour, he knows the answer to all the questions and doesn’t need to “sell” you.We’re over the moon with the Wrangler and would highly recommend the service and Andy in particular!I’ve bought premium cars before and the experience hasn’t been close to this.5 stars from us!

Very lengthy and tedious process to get what should have been a simple warranty job sorted, exacerbated by poor communication and an appalling attitude.

Excellent service. Helpful, polite and very happy with the MOT and service.

Got a Jeep Renegade here at a good price, as such they weren't prepared to change the fog lights where the reflectors had burnt out. My fault to some extent as I didn't spot it before I bought it, and would've accepted that but instead of them saying that, they told me it was all fine and would pass an MOT. They were like the brightness of a candle, so don't think they would. Also went to them for a TPMS replacement, again wouldn't do it under warranty but did reset it 'for free' and of course the fault triggered again 2 miles down the road. £120 later and they unfortunately damaged the rim in clamping it on. Just had another one done by an independent garage as they are self learning (buy from CarPartsStore.co.uk) - £22 for the part and £40 for the fitting so almost half the price.

Sean in parts is brilliant to deal with - goes above and beyond and keeps everyone up to date while parts are waiting to arrive.
