Our Trauma heater suddenly stoped working just before we were leaving for skiing. We phoned Dicksons on the Thursday afternoon, Keith talked us through the fault to check we hadn’t missed anything, then managed to find a spot the next day. They phoned in the afternoon to tell us the problem and they would get the part and fix by Monday. We were a bit late in getting there on Monday afternoon but Keith kindly waited til we arrived. All in all I can’t fault the service department, so helpful and efficient on getting the motorhome sorted. Many thanks. P.S. love the dogs.

Just had my motorhome into Dicksons of Perth after sales workshop for the fitting of some Cab Blinds. The guys were ready for me when I arrived and took the motorhome straight in for a while you wait" job.Excellent service and really helpful staff.Would have been 5 stars but after finishing the job it really needed a duster running over the dash and window frames. Quite a bit of workshop dust needing a once over to clean up.Minor niggle which does not detract from a job well done.I can certainly recommend the Dicksons after sales team."
