A bit smelly haha polite people, just quite question if anyone can answer why don't they leave skip on different areas to get the rubbish down because not everyone has cars or afford skips let's work together and get all rubbish put away and keep our streets clean

It's disgraceful because rouls has changed before every 2 week but now has changed for 3 week its to shame for Wigan Council because every where in UK always collect every 2 week
