I asked Emma to make something in a particular colour and she was fantastically helpful at making suggestions. Price very reasonable and delivery so quick, she messaged me to let me know when to expect it. The bag itself is perfect and extremely well made, I'm really happy! I'll be back for Christmas presents and would highly recommend The Hide Ranger to anyone.

Emma was delight to work with. Not only did she construct a case for me within a few days, but when she realised that the case was a bit large, insisted on making another one without charge. Fabulous customer service!

I cannot recommend Emma's gorgeous craftsmanship highly enough. I ordered the 'Out of the Blue' bag, and she was so lovely and so so helpful. Emma was always so willing to answer any questions I had, and made absolutely sure that what she created was the best possible item for me. It is the most beautifully made bag I own, and it was so easy to order with her, and arrived super promptly. I do not have words to fully express how grateful I am! I have attached some pictures of my bag below, but please know that they don't fully do it justice.

I met Emma at the Wilmslow artisan market sometime last year (when markets were allowed to take place) and ask if she could make me a bespoke designed leather wallet. It took Emma a little while to find exactly the right piece of leather however what she came up with once she found it was a beautifully crafted, handmade wallet that I was absolutely delighted with and would highly recommend anyone commissioning or purchasing any items of leather work from The Hide Ranger
