Visit today to look at camper and ok selection very well laid out show room although not a very welcoming staff, no one acknowledged us or even said Hi, would be hard for someone to acknowledge visitors/potential customers, not looking for a sales pitch or anything like that but a simple how are you, need anything just ask would make it feel more welcoming. After reading the reviews I see I’m not the only one with this experience, customer service is lacking in this area.

Salesperson barely lifted head,certainly not body from behind desk sluggish in response, couldn't care less attitude. Awful watsted 160mile journey.

Fantastic service and advice. As Moho newbies we needed quite a few bits to get us started. John was great in going through our list and helping us find things or advising on different options. Good humoured banter too. This is where we’ll be shopping as and when required in the future.

Staff were friendly and helpful. But in my opinion it was expensive +76% (+£60) more than the average online price for the part I needed. However it got me out of trouble.
