I have used Palace Promotions for several years as my printer of choice.In all this time I had never had an issue, even as a newcomer to getting stuff printed, Stelios took me through the requirements without making me feel like I was asking silly questions.I have a well used roll up banner, a standard banner, leaflets and various batches of business cards printed over this time.All fantastic service at a good price, and just what I needed.However the test for really good service is when something goes wrong and how it is handled. I recently had a new sign printed, and when I got it back to my workshop I noticed there was a problem with it.Long story short, I approved artwork that had a small error in it. I also checked it when collecting it from the shop. The error was entirely my issue, you would need to know my logo well to have picked it up. When I contacted Stelios, he was more than helpful in getting a correct sign printed and to me in short order.Given this was entirely my error, he was entitled to charge me a stupidity tax (full fees) for the reprint, however the reprint was done at a discounted rate. This is truly great customer service.

I run a small fitness business so can't place big quantities but the guys at Palace Promotions are really accomodating and help me get the best possible prices for the quantities I need. I always use them for my promotional clothing and other items and am always impressed with the quality of the products and the level of service. I used Palace Promotions after comparing prices and process at various other local & on-line printers for my primary schools leavers hoodies, and ended up choosing Palace as they were priced extremely competitively and seemed like they were going to be flexible, helpful and easy to work with. They surpassed all expectations! They were amazing! We had nearly 75 hoodies and t-shirts printed, with a different design on the front on back, and about 10 colors across the hoodie & t-shirt, & multiple sizes, so not the simplest of orders! To top it off, we ended up giving them a few separate orders (from late parents) and they didn't mind at all, they were so flexible and did everything they could to help. They managed to get them printed on time and beautifully and each packaged separately ready to give to the kids. They helped me with pricing and design limitations to get the most for our money, and I really felt like they were doing everything they could to help us. They were helpful, flexible, reliable, honest, friendly and printed beautiful hoodies and t's on time. All the kids and parents loved them and I honestly can't recommend them enough!

Top notch service and creative designs. Some friends and I ran some photography exhibitions last year and early this year. Palace Promotions provided a superb service for the programme booklet guide and the marketing posters. Huge success, and together we created a striking impression. Top team.

Excellent printer, well deserved five stars. I had a last minute printing job for brochures and roll-up banners that was handled professionally and swiftly. When our designer couldn't deliver, they stepped in and helped with the design of the banner as well. Results looked great, done to high quality standard and delivered on time. Would definitely use again.
