Really awful. Look at Trustpilot!

Have been in touch with them twice in two weeks to change bank details. Promise a form twice never arrives. Absolutely useless

Good office, good location, nice town, nice people

Horrendous company! I had pension savings with XPS and it’s taken me 3 years of constant calls and letters to get them to release my savings to a new provider. They created barrier after barrier and just kept inventing ways to hold my money. No one takes responsibility for resolving your query and you just get passed from person to person!!!After three years of battling I’ve finally won the fight. They’ve agreed to transfer my savings…. Now into the next fight to actually get them to complete the transfer! Hopefully it’s all over before retirement (25 years from now)!!My only advise, GET OUT!! Be persistent!

Literally the worst pensions provider I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. And there’s some pretty terrible ones.
