The place was nice and the staff were without fault. I went to a pantomime here but the reason for my rating is no heating. Everyone sat there shivering and the people I spoke to afterwards said they were painfully cold. I'd give it 5 stars if they turn the heating on! A small issue but goes a long way especially in this climate

Affordable, spacious and caters for a variety of events. Decent car park. I like the double staircases that lead up to main hall. I also like the traditional architecture of the building. Large foyer. Toilet areas are fairly clean and spacious for guests with large mirrors.

Wonderful venue and team! This was the only venue that we viewed for our wedding and we fell in love immediately! There is so much that the space offers and it fit perfectly for our 240 guests who were also very complimentary about the venue. Would highly recommend!

Excellent suite, spacious with a stage and bright.For an event with social distancing in mind, this place is good for holding events.Not far from public transport and a modernised shopping mall.

Very nice place and spacious, but lacks enough parking facility. Relatively cheaper as owned by the council as compared to privately owned venues.

Parking in the immediate vicinity is impossible as it's all red lines, so plan ahead if you're visiting
