I visited Innovations as a special treat from my Mum. The interiors are stunning and as soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome. My pedicure was with Ashlee. She was phenomenal. She was so kind and friendly and put me at ease straight away. With me being heavily pregnant she was very conscious of making me feel comfortable and being able to relax. I was having so much fun that I asked if there were any manicure slots for gel polish available and luckily there was. Sheree did my gel manicure and she was also absolutely wonderful, ensuring that I was comfortable and gave me time to think about what colour I would like. As a first time customer I was then given a little gift bag when I left which was a lovely touch. We have since booked 2 more appointments because I enjoyed it so much. Thank you

Been coming to innovations for years, the staff are lovely and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. Never been disappointed by a treatment I’ve had here. I got a wax and tint this time and I really like the shape and colour. Would recommend!

Amanda EasbyI Attended The Salon For Gel Nails With Builder Gel, Wednesday 2nd August At 12.00pm With Natalie D. I Was Very Pleased With The Salon, The Staff And The Service That I Received. Great Communication with Natalie D And Other Staff, They All Made Me Feel At Ease. The Nail Colour Was Brilliant, The End Result Was Fantastic. I Loved My Nails, They Were Very Strong. The Nails Lasted 3 Weeks Which I Thought Was Brilliant. I'm Hoping Next Time, They Will Last Longer. I Made A Great Model for Natalie D, As She Needed Someone With Short Nails And I Had Always Bitten My Nails, Only Stopped Biting Them 2 to 3 Months Ago. However, I Do Regret Trying To Remove The Gel Off Myself. As I Damaged The Top Surface Of My Nails. I Did Not Get Them Re Covered. Due To This, I Have Now Snapped Two Nails. So Remember You Need To Keep Going For A Few Months, Until Nails Get Stronger. THANK YOU INNOVATIONS, I WILL BE RE BOOKING VERY SOON

I have been visiting this salon for around a year now. It's always a great experience and every member of staff has been professional and friendly. This is the best salon in the area for back massages in my opinion and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to people.

This is my new favourite place. The ladies are all wonderful and each of my treatments that I’ve had so far (nails and self tan) have been great. I would definitely recommend and we will be back soon, thanks so much.

I have been going to innovations for over 3 years now and it’s always a great experience. I tend to go in with a lot of crazy nail ideas and they get brought to life every time!The spa area is beautifully relaxing and there was a lot care taken when I got laser hair removal also.

I have just had a deep tissue massage with Andrea! I can honestly say it was amazing! My joints aches prior to the massage. I feel so much lighter. Gorgeous setting and very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon!
