I visited Jezzie following a recurring back injury from lifting weights. Despite having physio in the past, I found that the injury kept coming back.Jezzie worked out the underlying issue very quickly, began effective hands-on work, and gave me rehab exercises. This was all with a clear focus on getting me back to lifting, which I had not had with my previous physio. She was really helpful, including texting me between sessions when I had questions about my rehab work, and always explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it.I'm now squatting and deadlifting without pain getting close to my previous numbers, and with techniques I can take forward to hopefully stop the injury from happening again. If I ever have another injury, I will be straight back for Jezzie to work her magic!

Rickie has been incredible help before and following my knee surgery. His help was specialised and cutting edge and helped me avoid a lot of the incorrect instructions I was given by the hospital physio! With his help I am now back to squatting full depth after 6 months, but most importantly more confidently and with better form than before my surgery.

Beth was super helpful with educating me on my lower back problems due to years of playing volleyball. She is professional with an excellent understanding of biomechanics. We covered posture training and through the use of soft tissue massage, myofascial releases and mobility workouts, she has helped me to progress well. I’m looking forward to continuing my rehabilitation journey to becoming pain-free when playing my games!

I’ve been seeing Jezzie on and off for 3 years and she is amazing. She’ll always find space in her diary to see you if it’s urgent and tell you when you don’t need to see her! I had a radial head fracture and had limited movement in my arm. Went to see Jezzie and within 2 weeks I had near enough full movement back. Well worth the pain in the long run, as it meant I was able to return to playing football after 4 weeks! No pain, no gain!!I particularly liked Jezzie’s holistic approach to treatment. If you've been jumping from physio to physio, not able to bag a decent physio, you need to come here! Achieve Health is the best and only physio you need to get rehabilitate your sports injuries. I've been working with Jezzie at Achieve for a number of years for a series of injuries and she has always diagnosed and treated the issue quickly and with precision. I originally came to Achieve to try and treat a nasty running injury. I went to a number of physios who couldn't diagnose the issue, but Jezzie diagnosed and treated it within half an hour. Bonus points with Jezzie is that the banter is elite!TL;DR - If you're out of luck with physios, give this one a try. You won't be disappointed.

I saw Beth for an injury on my ankle which was very painful and swollen. Beth was amazing and took the time to understand what had happened and my goals for recovery. She was able to do some work on my ankle in the initial appointment and the next day it felt so much better, the swelling had almost reduced and the pain was significantly lower. She has followed up with a plan for my exercises and how to treat the injury correctly, she has also checked in on me a few times via text. I cannot thank her enough for her help and expertise and have already recommended her to a friend without hesitation
