Ben and team were amazing all the way through the process, I wasn't supposed to even see the house I wanted due to scheduling, but Ben squeezed me in and it worked out because I got the house I wanted!Big shout-out to Paula as well, who basically liaised with me all the way through when my solicitors were failing to communicate with me. Genuinely kept me together all the way through the process. Out of all the people you interact with during a house purchase, homemove were the only ones who came through for me consistently and reliably. Thanks guys!

We were recommended to Ben by our mortgage broker Ryan and so glad we were.Unlike some estate agents who just treat you as a number, Ben actually seemed to genuinely care about us and our house. He took the time to actually understand our situation, everything about our house, why we wanted to move, what we were looking for and so on. He also made sure to pre-check any potential buyers before viewings so that only people with a suitable budget and needs viewed the property, this eliminated time wasters that you always get with a property sale.Ben was also happy to accompany myself and Mel to any property viewings in our search for a new house as a 3rd pair of eyes, clearly there was no financial incentive for Ben here to do this but it was another sign he cares about his clients from both ends of the house sale/purchase process.A shout out to Paula too. She kept us regularly updated with what was happening from the admin side of things.All in all would definitely recommend Ben & Paula and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
