On visiting I had contact with two sales assistants. One was very helpful albeit items I needed were not in stock. The more mature lady was a very abrupt sales assistant. Not at all helpful. Too rushed to care. Scruffy in appearance given the sales environment.Did not try in any way to retain my business.Will continue to give my business to Focus" on High Street as the customer service is superior."

Took a school cardigan back to exchange for a smaller size and the staff were very helpful and dealt with it in next to no time! Great customer service.

I understand that times are strange at the moment and the world isn’t operating as it did but I have to tender this, as it amazed me.Today at 13.39 hours, I paid for walking shoes and a fleece from Baillies, using PayPal. These were delivered to my front door today at 14.30.A shop I’ve always known for quality and value, now add total service to those accreditations.I have waited longer for a Chinese delivery. Bravo. June/July 2021.I ordered more walking gear from Baillies today again (02/02/2020). I ordered it at 7.38pm, this time it arrived at 8.50 but it is a horrible wet and windy night lol.Seriously though, they offer a quality service offering a quality product.

Excellent prices and fast delivery, had been looking for a brakeburn sweatshirt for weeks, other shops were charging over £50.00, they were in the sale at £24.00, bought 2 at 7-30 pm Friday night and they turned up Monday morning at 10.00 am, as described and fitted perfectly.
