I visited here the other day to try and narrow down the search for my first car! I was helped by Julie who was just fantastic, and I really appreciated her help especially during a test drive I undertook with a Volkswagen Up! — every member of staff I encountered was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend here for your first car - even just for the experience! :)

Just wanted to say how brilliant Julie Henderson at Macklin Motors in Dunfermline is. Normally I dread shopping for a new car, as I dread pushy salespeople. Julie was the exact opposite, and this is probably the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. I was able to explain what I needed, then what I wanted, and Julie gave great, and very detailed advice, with no hard sell.I found Julie to be very open and honest in dealing with her assessment of the right car to suit our needs. She gave us really detailed information on the car we eventually opted for, and had sent us a personal video later the same day.Cannot recommend Julie highly enough!

My car was in for its annual MOT and Service. The customer service I received from Nicola Adam was very good. Nicola kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle throughout the process and was very knowledgeable when discussing some advisories picked up during the health check.
