Timmys Cannock

So so so good, just made my first purchase. Milkshake, Corn on the Cob, kebab and a concrete cake, so so good. Hope we don't lose this place. Food came early, how food was hot cold food was cold.

Tonight we had a large dessert order. We had cookie dough, ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, cakes and custard and doughnuts (which were on the house)First off the biscoffe sundae was the best I've ever tasted! My dad had the bubble gum cake and ice cream and he said it was to die for! The place looks really clean and you can see everything being made which is reassuring.All was amazing and deffo returning. Will try the food next time too.Don't hesitate! Give it a try!

Very disappointed.A few of of my friends recommended this place, I was well excited to try it. (They recommended Stafford, I unfortunately had to order from Cannock) bad move.First of all the food took about an hour to arrive. No problem for me, I understand they are busy on Saturday nights.Had a sip of my milkshake and that was pretty good. But then I opened my garlic pizza bread. ROCK HARD. Freezing cold. Couldn’t even do 2 slices. Not even edible. Surprised I still have teeth.Then on to my smash burger, probably would have been really nice if it also wasn’t cold.. I asked for lettuce, ketchup and hot cheese sauce. No cheese sauce on the burger, tiniest bit of lettuce you could imagine. Chips were also very soggy and freezing.Now the real issue isn’t the state of the food. I can forgive busy takeaways making mistakes etc, however when I called up to share my thoughts, the person I spoke to, who claimed to be a ‘manager’ was very rude. Basically called me a liar, was talking over me and wouldn’t even let me speak. Said the best he can do is give me 10% off my next order. I told him not to bother as I won’t be ordering again.I’m not a person to complain nor leave bad reviews and I probably wouldn’t have left this review if the so called manager on the phone was a decent person.Other reviews make me think that the food here is nice (when warm), however the people are rude and don’t care about customer service.

Never had an issue when Timmys first opened, but quality and ingredients used now are not the the same, these burgers are not proper smashed burgers now, the patties are thin and taste like cardboard. Sent out wrong burger, loaded fries were discussing not as described and the whole order was packaged in such a away, that the cheese sauce leaked everywhere, not what you expect having paid almost £40! Never again, would not recommend!

Had takeaway ordered meal deals and milkshakes. All were delicious and food was so fresh. Highly recommend and definately will be ordered again.

disappointed to be honest paid £19.50 for kebab box and the chips were cold and lamb kebab was tough as old boots, the naan bread was missing as well, the veg included is basically a few pieces of charred onion and a couple of pieces of charred peppers , chicken tikka and sheesh was nice though, also paid £12.50 for the alone burger box and the chips was cold in that too , cost us £34.80 all in so not a cheap takeaway meal for 3 , won't be ordering again. waste of money, I should of just gone Trocadero for kebab meat and chips for £5 each

Food was delicious the mixed grill was well cooked and well presented, the driver was really polite and efficient. Definitely will recommend and order again

Visiting my son in Stafford. Very happy to experience the great food with budget friendly prices. Staff, sitting area and food every thing wS spot on. Will love to visit on my next trip from Leicester.

I had a burger for the first time and that was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend it for halal food searchers.
