Notwen House residential care home

My mother has a lovely light and comfortable room with a beautiful view. She is well looked after by the friendly, thoughtful and caring staff. If I ever need residential care I would be delighted to live somewhere as nice as Notwen House.

My mother was a resident at Notwen from 2019 until August 2022 when she sadly passed away at the home. The staff at Notwen are just the best, and I rate my Mother’s care as second to none. Near to the end of my Mother’s passing the family were there everyday all day and the care we received from the staff was amazing. The door would open & Jo, Lorene, Rachel, Becca or Elaine would appear with a huge tray of food for us all. They made my mother’s last few days bearable & I’ll never forget what they did for us or my Mother.
