We have been looking for a specific car for many months and after a less than satisfactory experience at another branch recently, we were somewhat sceptical about trying again. However, from the moment we visited the showroom in Shrewsbury and were greeted by Lewis Smith, our buying experience changed dramatically. Not only was Lewis, knowledgeable, patient and helpful, he was able to show us a number of cars which were suitable for us and allowed us the time to make a decision.At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. Having purchased the car on Saturday I collected it the following Tuesday. Despite arriving early, everything was ready, and Lewis was nothing but professional and helpful in the handover process. I would have no hesitation in using MG Budgen at Shrewsbury for any future purchases we may make. Well done to the whole team for making this an enjoyable and easy process.

Esme Deacon at Budgen Motors Shrewsbury was Fantastic! She made the experience of buying a car really easy and stress free. She was welcoming as soon as we walked in, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly and was always going the extra mile to accommodate us with having a small child with us. Her aftercare was also top notch and she assisted us with any questions we had after the purchase (where most other car dealerships we have dealt with in the past don't want to know once you have the car). Great experience dealing with Budgen Motors. From my first phone call taken by Tom Smyth, who secured me one of the first MG4’s in the country, to contract and collection dealt with by Aaron Moore. Everything was quick, smooth and professional. Aaron was happy to pick me up from the station on collection day to save a taxi ride, and provide a coffee too while sorting the paperwork. As for the MG4, it’s brilliant! Well done to Aaron, Tom and all the MG team at Budgen Motors, Shrewsbury.

I visited the Budgen Motors branch in Shrewsbury looking for a specific car which I managed to find on the Budgen group website. Lewis introduced himself and after a short discussion managed to get the car in question for me to test drive. The entire process was flawless and in particular Lewis was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had great service from the moment we first turned up at the MG showroom through to taking delivery of our new car. Pete Egerton was great in talking us through the purchase process, and a special shout for Esme Deacon who has fallen over backwards to get the car ready for delivery and even drove it to our home after work hours when circumstances meant that we were not able to collect it ourselves. Exceptional service all round, so thank you Budgen Motors, Shrewsbury. The MG PCP deal was excellent too, with two years interest free credit. And we love the MG4 SE EV Long Range, which is our first electric car.

Went into Budgen Shrewsbury yesterday to order my new MG4 Trophy. I spoke to their representative Aaron Moore and he was great he explained all the differences between driving an EV or a petrol car to ensure that the MG4 was right for me. Can’t wait to pick it up and will be back in three years to get a new one especially if Aaron is still their.

I can’t praise Lewis Smith enough. We were having difficulty finding a decent second hand car but Lewis made the the process very easy. Professional and friendly and we will always use him again.
