Resting heart rate before Amanda: 75.Resting heart rate after an Amanda massage… I think my watch is broken - it’s reading 10!Seriously - such a wonderful massage Amanda - thank you so very much. Amanda is a wonderful masseuse, I had terrible neck and shoulder pain and she worked it all right out whilst also being incredibly soothing. Also did a fantastic facial. Lovely lady and highly recommend.
