Ocean Nails

Got my first set of acrylics in about 10 years and I am so happy with them! Very good and efficient service, but they are often busy due to their being so good, so have some patience!

Made a booking online, but was still made to wait and not greeted on arrival. Sat for half an hour before walking out. Unfriendly and disorganised, would not recommend.

Would never return again.They did not clean their tools in between use, and I'm fairly sure I got an infection from them.Also don't bother booking an appointment, as I still had to wait 40 minutes. This happened to another person that was there as well. It seems they just accept walkins no matter if there's other appointments booked.Staff were lovely

i used to love this place but i think they may have changed owners or something because my last appointment left me leaving the salon bawling. i went back in december but have only just got round to writing a review. for starters, the man who did my nails kept messing up the paint and just wiping it off with his fingers. he got the drill stuck on his glove. he was filing and buffing my nails very aggressively it hurt. he cut me twice in my nails which was very very painful. i asked for baby blue nails and i received bright blue ones despite choosing a baby blue colour on the examples put in front of me to choose from. all i got was plain colour with some glitter on one nail and my friend who got a design on every single nail was finished a good 20 mins before me. a lady came to finish my nails because i think the man before got a bit stressed and she was much nicer and seemed much more professional. she offered to do my nails again and re start as i was crying but i had been sat getting my nails done for over an hour so i would have been late to an event i was expected at. my problem was mainly with the man doing my nails other than the place itself. i will come again as i find the prices very reasonably but i WILL NOT let that man do my nails ever again. my cuticle was bleeding from being cut and was very painful safe to say i was disappointed as all my past experiences were amazing and my nails were always perfect and beautiful

Removed chipped biab and replaced. Very friendly service. Top nails!

Quite good service and loved my nails, the variety of colours were great too. However, some of the staff weren’t gentle with my nails and one of my nails weren’t straight at the top.

Treated myself and my daughter to acrylic nails. We both got exactly what we asked for. Really nice staff. Was a relaxing and enjoyable appointment. The staff work really hard to accommodate everyone.

I went for a pedicure yesterday and it was the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had. The chair was super comfy and you could even choose to have the massage option turned on if you wished. I did and it was lovely. There were so many lush coloured gels to choose from too. I Will 100% be back. Thank you Dory!

I visited yesterday and wouldn’t return again-I got acrylics and asked for a simple design and showed a picture, the design was really not good and unrecognisable to the picture and overall not nice. The lady doing my nails aslo cut me and I was bleeding. As well as this the acrylics were lumpy, the wrong shape and eneven. And despite all of this, the sign said £27 and I was charged £40. Overall wouldnt recommend or return as I’m very unhappy with the outcome.

100% recommended I absolutely love ocean nails I think that they're probably the best nail salon in the bay both my daughter's come and have their nails done. I only go ocean nails. my sister and my mum we all come down. I've just had my nails done today 7th jan for a holiday trip which are absolutely stunning they are so creative and whenever I have my nails done I will always put them on Instagram stroy to show them off im @missdarkangel83xThank u again for more amazing nails. It's an absolutely lovely place lovely staff.
