This company is brilliant no rip of charges just good honest company who have there customer first. From Charlotte my first contact to Daly the electrician who had the patience to find the fault he was fantastic I certainly would not have any quarms about using them again in fact in a little while I need to use them again , CIR electrical deserve all the credit . Neil did an excellent job of replacing my parents consumer unit and fitting a new outdoor light. He was a pleasure to deal with and the work carried out was great.

This company were knowledgable, reliable, on time and transparent with their quotes. Everything was done to a high standard and they were able to accomodate our needs. I would definitely recommend them for installation of a home charging unit for an EV and I felt they were good value for money. Very pleased.

We have used CIR electrical twice now. And cannot recommend them highly enough. They are extremely professional, tidy, excellent time keeping. Each time the bill has been less than the estimate.

CIR electrical completed a EICR prior to a house purchase and installed a consumer unit for me today. Neil was on time and I really appreciated his friendly manner, going above and beyond the work requested. He gave invaluable advice on energy saving bulbs and how to correct issues with flickering lights (essential in the current economic climate). He explained things clearly, in layman terms and ensured I understood the work and the device installed, tidying up after completion of the installation. He was knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I would highly recommend Neil and CIR electrical for any electrical requirements and will be engaging him again very soon! Lisa was also very helpful and responsive when organising both visits to the property.

5 Stars! I got quotes of around 8 different companies and CIR was the most reasonable, quality parts used. Neil also called me and explained everything to me.. he made me very comfortable, so I decided to use them to fit a new consumer box… was done very quickly although we found a fault (not Neil’s fault) it was resolved and he coming back to repair.. excellent workmanship, very nice chaps . building regs & certificate promised, very tidy and clean.. and put everything back together to how it was…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL YOUR MAIN ELECTRICAL WORK!!

The work Was undertaken very professionally with my property left clean and tidy. The new lights look fantastic, the wireless switch means no mess and the light switch could be fitted anywhere. A brilliant job all round. Well done and thanks. John Hughes.

The lads did a great job installing some downlights and a central pendant light, very fast and professional and the final result looks great! Highly recommended.

Very good, the boiler repair person was very friendly and knowledgeable. I originally had another firm come out via amazons install process, they were here for 1 hour, had no clue and left. CIR came in and did the job in no time at all. 10/10
