I have been Dr Charlesworth's patient for a year and a half now. He's such a great doctor. Thank you so much for all your help.

Mr Charlesworth is extremely competent and professional and provides extensive information about potential treatments and the outcomes of MRI scans and a biopsy I have had. Throughout the biopsy he informed me of the process and has always answered fully and truthfully any questions I have had. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Charlesworth for urological matters

My prostate continued to become enlarged over the past two to three years until I reached a condition where it was difficult to pass water. I was advised by a Consultant Urologist Surgeon that I urgently needed an operation on my prostate to cut a Channel through to allow the free flow of water. I sort a place of excellent where the Consultant Urologist was very experienced in performing the HoLEP procedure. I was very pleased that the consultant I chose was Mr Adam Jones who carried out the operation at the Berkshire Independent Hospital in Reading.The whole process, the consultation, operation and the stay at the hospital, was a faultless experience. The result of the operation was perfect and my recovery was relatively quick. A few weeks after the operation I am back to normal.

Having visited to see my Urologist, I was greeted by a really lovely lady at Reception who was very attentive to me and especially my 5yr old Granddaughter who accompanied me... The Nursing staff and the Consultant were fantastic I really couldn't fault this practise whatsoever.. They really made the whole experience for me a delight...

Admin staff simply too busy to answer their calls this afternoon, goes to music, then dropped (twice) i.e. no VM. Subsequently enquired via email to see if there was a telephone issue and reply was that they can't answer all their calls.. Indeed so..they were also too busy to return my previous successful call from this morning (left a message for the med sec) in a timely manner. Thus unable to complete a private consultation booking with Mr Adam Jones as a result of waiting 3 hours for his med sec - booked in elsewhere very promptly.

Very prompt, positive and professional advice from Mr. Jones. The clinic is warm, supportive with very pleasant and helpful staff.

I had the pleasure of seeing Mr Philip Charlesworth at The Urology Partnership. A more empathetic and likeable physician would be hard to find. From initial meeting to post surgery every follow up was timely and supportive. Mr Charlesworth has restored my faith in the medical profession having had a few less than positive experiences in the past. I couldn't recommend him and The Urology Partnership more highly

Very easy to be seen quickly with great staff taking care of you.

Best urology team ever . I was suffering from frequent urine infections and the NHS kept prescribing antibiotics without looking into my situation. Dr Foley was amazing and sent me for many tests and was able to resolve my problems. I am so grateful for him. Thank you for all your hard work
