Credit given where credits due.I think it’s important for me to write this review for anyone checking out this company when considering buying an engagement ring.I had made several enquiries with larger and more popular companies. I was getting sub standard service which made me reach out to Innovation Diamonds. My initial enquiry was almost immediately responded to (within minutes.) We then arranged a video consultation for the following day.I was called and we went through what I was looking for. I was given the price there and then. Surprised at the massively competitive price I decided increase the size of the diamond and I went for an overall better specification.Within a few days I had received a CAD for my approval. I had asked a few questions in between this and they were immediately answered.I was updated as soon as the 4.65Ct diamond was in and also received a great video showing the diamond along with a video call.I then received a video call and a video once the ring had been fully made.Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date and it was a surprisingly quick service.On paying the final balance a few hours later I received the tracking and proof of shipment. It arrived the following day.The ring is absolutely beautiful and exactly to the design I had requested.In summary an amazing experience and I am a hard person to please!! Massively competitive compared to other similar companies and finally just lovely people to deal with that are to the point and deliver on what they tell you.Big thanks to you all at Innovation Diamonds and I wish you every success. I’ll be in touch for the wedding bands as long as she says YES!

I could not have had a better experience with buying a ring. The staff gave me and my fiancée seemingly unlimited amounts of their time to talk through the various options and then helped us pick a stunning ring, setting and diamond. Not only that but they were always available to answer questions no matter how small the matter. Truly an amazingly smooth and pleasant experience. And all for the best price I could have wished for!

I was really impressed by both the service and the price. And the quality of the ring is incredible. Isaac was super helpful all the way through from beginning to end even when I changed my mind about the ring setting.
