Hi all, ive had a very lovely experience from the £1 shop, I visit here regularly as the prices are very cheap yet the quality of the products are quite good. Also the staff are very friendly and always on hand to help

Never ever ever buy certain things from them as they provide some of the cheapest bad quality items. I bought 1 item from them, broke within 1 day, asked for a refund but the seller initially refused. Then I told them my consumer rights: that faulty items is eligible for refund within 30 days, seller still wouldn't give. After a long argument, he eventually gave it. I wouldn't buy from them.

I just went into this pound shop on chatsworth road to buy a product.. he tried to sell me a used product so i suggested reducing the price. He said NO! And his colleague or friend got involved and started getting in my face and then attacked me. I was then kicked out the shop and insulted by the owner. Police are bing informed and i will be showing them the video footage i obtained of the incident. Do not shop here do not profit such a horrible person. I will provide the footage to police and also get security camera footage.
