Had so many bad experiences here, some of the staff are incredibly rude. Would happily go to Wellingborough road Lloyds, they’re custom service is excellent but sadly this Lloyds is next to my doctors, so I’m stuck here.

We have always have had very good pleasant service from this pharmacy - they are always working hard under considerable pressure to satisfy customers when I have been in and deal with rude demanding customers very politely. Racist comments from at least one user are a disgrace.

I felt so sorry for the one assistant on duty because there was a massive queue and no one was helping her at all which meant that most of us were waiting for at least 20 to 25 minutes for our prescriptions.This may be due to staff shortages due to Covid so it isn’t a criticism but it would be fair to your staff if some of the people who were stocking shelves or something like that could help her

Bit of a shambles. Had to convince the person behind the counter that they did have my prescription as she thought they didn't or didn't know how to look it up. She eventually found it. Phone line was completely unavailable all day so no way to call ahead. Long queues. Shame it's not a bit more organised as the people were all nice and helpful.

This is a very busy place the staff are away pleasant and trying there best to get there job done. It's a small shop but who wants to spend lots of time here it is not a shopping experience it is a service. This is now a bigger shop with very confusing two counters one never seems to be used. This is a victim of its own success so busy it’s along wait so I now go to Boots as they text when you repeat prescription is ready.

I have been coming here for over ten years. Was a great service for a long time, but the last year or so the service has been a complete shambles. Having worked in the NHS for over 20 years, I have never come across anywhere so disorganised.
