We have Amelia as our cleaner and she’s just brilliant! Friendly, timely, trustworthy and leaves the house looking like a hotel!The company takes great pride in the its relationship with the owners and cleaners and we have no complaints! We have used 3 companies in 3 years at St Albans and these are by far the best.

It has been 3 months since we first contacted TFY to find a cleaner, Sam & Amy responded to our enquiry very promptly & visited us to discuss requirements & provided honest feedback about time needed (suggested we had overestimated time required).They recommended Karen, who is absolutely lovely, has been 100% reliable & punctual, does a great job, asks for feedback and adapts her approach to meet the client's needs. This isn't easy when you are asked to do a standard clean & use your initiative for the remaining time, but Karen does so brilliantly & notices things I hadn't until after they'd been done. We couldn't ask for much more but our dog loves her too.I must give credit to Sam, Amy & TFY St Albans b/c the service delivered has exceeded our expectations & is a mile away from our disappointing & negative experience with a similar firm a few years ago.Karen & TFY fully deserve every one of the 5 Stars given.

Lovely company, personal touch. Just what we were after as we wanted to avoid a massive company. Our cleaner is lovely and consistent. On the one occasion she couldn’t make it, Amy found a replacement within an hour for the same day. Couldn’t recommend enough
