I feel I need to pass on a good word (or two) about the very efficient team at 1st Call Vista.A great all-round service with excellent communication. Debbie was always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She remembered a date we had for our wall being rendered by another company, the team here went above and beyond to make and install our door in time to fit around the other trades, even coming out 2-3 times to ensure the job was competed correctly. Their fitters were efficient and accurate, plus they cleaned up beautifully before they left! We’re really pleased with the quality and service.There aren’t many companies left who provide a reliable, traditional service from start to finish, so I’m very pleased to have found this place via recommendation.

Recently had a window fitted that had ‘blown’ and I feel the 1 of the men that fitted the window was rude and patronising towards me, and also rather Disrespectful. I live in a rented property and was not told by my landlord the men would be coming to measure/fit and was made to feel very stupid by the people who turned up sadly I Won’t be recommending

We had 1st call vista to do a back door, bedroom window and a sealed unit for our conservatory. From start to finish communication was excellent from Debbie. Ryan came to measure up and the lads we had to fit were polite professional and tidy. We are so happy with quality and finish and won't hesitate in the future to use them again and recommend to friends and family. Fantastic service from this family business. Massive thank you to Debbie who kept us well informed with everything and the turnaround time for the job was super quick. 5 out of 5.

Really thrilled with my new windows and door. Trevor gave really good advice about colours and went into lots of detail. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Debbie and Ryan in the office were on hand to help with any queries and were really organised. Ryan the fitter was a lovely chap and did an amazing job, cleared up completely at the end of each day and worked really hard to keep everything on track. The finished product is wonderful and makes such a difference. I would totally recommend this company and will definitely go back to them again in the future.
