ValueI needed my new phone unlocking and i decided to go to Phone Tech in Retford because it was recommended to me.The man who runs the shop was so helpful, very professional and the service was second to non.I paid £25 and waited 3 days for my unlock code and i took my phone back and it was sorted for me there and then whilst i waited.I went back yesterday to buy my phone case and again, excellent service.Nothing is too much trouble for the owner/manager.Always had a smile on his face and extremely competent when it comes to phones and gadgets.I would recommend this place to anyone who - like me - can't fathom technology!

Amazing service!I took my phone in for a full screen replacement and a battery replacement as my battery had swollen inside and my screen had smashed.I got my phone back within an hour, the gentleman were very professional and even showed me what was wrong with my battery after they replaced it.They made sure my phone was working to the correct standard before I left and made me check my screen was in correctly before I left.They also gave me a free screen protector with my phone, they fitted it for me and fitted it in to the case that I picked. They were not pushy about purchasing accessories such as the phone case either.Would recommend and would definitely return if needed!

Dodgy experience. Makes up the prices as they go along. Got given a phone back with missing screws and the screen not put back in properly. Just didn't care and came across so dodgy, wont be using one of these shops again.

So grateful to Phone Tech on carolgate Retford for not only fixing my phone but having the generosity and integrity to charge the right price. He could have fleeced me, but he didn't! Will definitely recommend and return...

I was devastated when my iphone suddenly died and I couldn't charge it. I was fearing a huge problem and possibly being without it for a long time. However the kind man - I didn't get his name, sorry - managed to fix the problem very quickly and my phone and I are reunited - thank you so much for such friendly, fast and efficient service.

My wife dropped her iPhone down the toilet and could not be repaired and my iPhone was having issues ,so we called in phone Tech and he sold us 2 new phones at a very good price and set them both up ,as we don’t have a clue on phone technology,he was very friendly and answered all my many questions,the phones are doing everything we requested and we are both happy ,we will definitely return to the shop if we ever need anything else ,thank you Phone Tech .
