Following an initial misunderstanding about the quoted work, Woodlands went well out of their way to ensure that everything was completed to my complete satisfaction. It is only when things don't go quite to plan that you get to experience what sort of customer service a business really offers. This was the case here and Woodlands came through with flying colours. I am happy to recommend Woodlands body shop without question.

Had my driver's side door entirely replaced and sprayed to match. Woodlands did an absolutely flawless job and had it back to me exactly when promised looking good as new. Very happy with their work and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I took my Q5 in for some bodywork damage. The job was done within the timescale that was stated, the vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition. Woodlands has been 1 of the best experiences I have ever had with a garage. Not only were they helpful, but they fully signposted me a way to getting my car fixed. We found the service excellent and very professional - everyone we spoke with was polite and caring. The work was carried out to a very high standard and still looks good after many months. The knowledge about our particular brand of car was comforting - especially as they found the car had been worked on previously by someone else - the undercoat was not as the manufacturer would use. As well as fixing the damage from our minor prang, Woodlands rectified this and a few other bodywork issues from the previous repair. We feel confident that the repairs have been properly carried out. Excellent value and highly recommended.
