So unhelpful asked for a plunger for my sink. Staff shouted 8 one . There's no numbers asked another. Member of staff pointed. Got to the tills rude staff with blonde hair came over. Go on your break she shouted. The poor girl I felt sorry for her . So I walked out left the item. Went into screw fix got one for £5 staff were lovely and friendly. I would of paid £20 if staff were better trained and helpful and friendly either towards each other at B&Q.

Chose a cordless drill and took the “dummy box” to the till. Had to wait for one of the staff to wander off, waited. Came back with the “dummy box” asking for keys or help or something and then wandered off again. Waited some more only for a different person to come back and tell me they were out of stock. Received a cursory apology and then same member of staff slouched off asking who had had their break. This is why people shop online. Useless.

Convenient location, many other shops near by. Plenty of parking spots. Helpful staff. Pretty good garden centre. Slightly expensive.

Asked a member of staff if they had 50litre bags of compost he said if they are not out front we do not have any. So after carrying a 100 litre bag to the pay point I asked the cashier if she could check and was told they have them out the back. Thank you to the lady on the tills and the man who told me they didn't have any maybe you could have checked no wonder there were not many customers in the store.

Good selection but the staff are so unhelpful and lack the knowledge of the shop. You go in and ask where something is and they just tell you where they think it might be and if what you you need isn't where they thought then you can't get any help.

They had the stock I wanted and parking the car was easy (as was leaving. Had a good laugh with a member of staff!! They cracked jokes with me and made me feel Welcome as a customer. In many places, customers 'get in the way', but not here.

Its a lovely store. Been here before and the staff were great! New member of staff today manning the till. Very unhappy that I asked a question about one of my purchases. So ignorant when I thanked her for her help (politely) she ignored me and turned her back! Customer services seem to have deteriorated, lately!

B&Q is situated in a car park for 3 hours. Why do I mention this? Because is spoils my shopping experience in B&Q. I go to B&Q to fix my problems visually before buying stuff.The trees I need to mention the Christmas tree! Again lovely! So many different sizes.The customer service is on point.
