Ordered an item early January 2022. I've not received the item or a refund despite numerous voice messages left, emails sent, FB message sent to this company. No one has responded and they still have £145 of my money. Very disappointing.

Friendly, helpful staff. They were happy to track down a sword for me that wasn't on their usual stock list and were able to supply it at a reasonable price. Also got a cold steel warhammer, because, ya know, smashing stuff is fun.

Stole money from me. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had money taken and no item received. They refuse to provide any refund despite me having nothing delivered.They ignored multiple emails I sent over a couple of weeks before finally responding claiming they’ll only give a 50% refund, but they lied and and have not even given that so I’ve lost £55. It seems like a scam and they’ve put up fake reviews - I understand the other negative reviews. After I left their first review on a different site, suddenly a positive review appeared so it looks like they put up a fake one to counter mine. If it is a legitimate site then they are extremely unprofessional. Buying with them is just gambling with your money.ETA: I have not used my own name on this review for anonymity. The owner who has commented on this review know exactly what this is regarding and is lying. My order Reference is #00026 and I’ve attached a screenshot of my order confirmation for the item I never received. I emailed them following their comment below and I was once again ignored. Disgusting.

Customer service non existent.I made a purchase on the website. They sent a confirmation email declaring the order being confirmed. I received no information about shipping and so sent an email asking when it was due to be shipped. No response.So I sent another email asking for confirmation of when the sword would be sent out. Again nothing.So I then messaged them through Facebook messenger, pointing out that I had seen a response to a negative review suggesting they say on the website that is takes up to 12 days for the delivery to arrive (it doesn’t btw, or if it does it’s very well hidden away because I searched the website and found no information at all) and that if I have to I will process a claim through PayPal if I don’t hear anything after 12 days but I would rather get what I paid for.And then miraculously, without even bothering to respond to my messages, I get refunded. They didn’t even give me the courtesy of a reason for the refund.I am autistic, and am now left very disappointed that the product I had purchased will not be coming. They are atrocious. The only time they seem to respond is when they get a negative review. So I look forward to finally hearing them respond to a message. Oh, and if they intend to claim out of stock, beware of that too because they can’t even be bothered to make that known on the website, and the exact sword I tried to buy (amonthul) is still on the site and it’s still actually possible to process the order and pay for it.Steer clear. While they aren’t stealing money they are wasting time and giving false hope to people when they clearly cannot fulfil orders.

Finally got my order and not completely disappointed with the sword itself, couple of defects but overall satisfied with it. For this reason alone I have changed my review to 3 stars. Customer service being the reason for not higher as per my comments below.Placed an order from this website, chased them several days later for an eta on my order only to get a response the next day asking for id for the item which was provided that same day. Since then despite several further email asking for the status of my order and when I am likely to get it. No response. Now over two weeks since placing my order.In response to their commentIt took 5 days to send me an email asking for ID only after me asking.(why so long?) this should have happened staright away.I have also sent you a screenshot of all the correspondence as I have never received any of these emails you claim to have sent. They did not send any such screenshot to prove the emails they claimed to have sent me.
