Our 100 year old baby grand was absolutely transformed by Steve. It looks, feels, and sounds completely new. Could not be happier with the service. Our whole piano was cleaned, refinished, tuned, key leveled, and generally refurbished. Steve worked exceptionally hard and did more than we ever expected all with no surprises in fees. Fantastic value and care. Was a pleasure to have in our home, looking forward to our next tuning.
