Garsington Opera
Garsington was the home of Ottoline Morell, British aristocratic society hostess of the early 20th c. She had many famous lovers and friends. The house still stands but is private. There is a purpose built venue hosting the occasional musical entertainment. Worth the visit, about 30 miles outside London.

A beautiful mini Glyndebourne on the Getty Estate. The artistic values are very high and the setting second to none. An ideal location for a picnic.

Great performance of Barber of Seville. Fantastic seats, close to stage could see facial expressions and comic timing. Very professional event. Not cheap. Was a present for us.
