Jo works hard to stay well resourced, innovative and professional. She has an incredible eye for detail, and seems to posses an infallible memory! Jo always has a clear vision for both what needs doing, and how to set about doing it in a sensible and sustainable way.Jo is extremely personable and well-informed, with a genuine passion for helping other people. She is a great team player. I especially admire how she stays focussed, calm and cheerful under pressure.

Jo is great at what she does. She has so many different skills to be able to help you in the best possible way. Her attitude and turn around time is fantastic. She isn't just a sayer she is a doer and she gets stuff done. She challenges you in a good positive approach to be able to bring out the best in you and develop your weaker skills. Shes highly motivating and really cares about the business and genuinely wants it to success.You are able to bounce ideas with her and she is a solution based person which takes the pressure off constantly having to make decisions and try to come up with the best solution she helps you to see things in another way from an outsiders preceptive and she is able to see the bigger picture. its nice to have someone to support and believe in you.She is really good value as she can get so much done in such a short space of time and can highly adapt to your way of learning to constantly help you and your business to grow. As a new business owner, I have been faced with many new challenges. Jo provided her services as a public speaker for a group of Mental Health First Aid instructors-in-training. Her session expanded their knowledge and understanding around the impact of Alcoholism. They gained further insight into the support services available to the individual with lived experience, as well as their wider circle of family and friends.Jo's session was consistently rated as 'very good' in her delegates' feedback, and they intend to book her to speak at their workplace in the future.

Jo was my chosen speaker at the Live Laugh Love Ladiesclub Poole and she was someone who just spoke from the heart andcaptured the attention of everyone. With so many ladiesin the room, she was composed enough to remainprofessional but spoke completely from the heart withcompassion. Jo has had a tough life witnessing addictionso close to home, but her talk left us mesmerized by herreal stories, recalling memories from her past, and the 3/4hour went too quickly.I hope she goes on to inspire many other groups and findthat if she can only help a handful of people, then her lifepath has been for a reason. It was such a pleasure to have Jo Huey talk at my Live Laugh Love Ladies club lunch. Jo gave a heartfelt and honest account of her story, growing up in a difficult home environment with an alcoholic parent. Jo was frank and honest in her harrowing account, about the reality of her early years and how it impacted her as a child, her relationships with her family and later on in life her relationships with others. She shared with us her road to wellness and some of the techniques that she practices too. I can't wait to read her book, which I bought on the night! Thank you so much Jo!!

Jo had been recommended to me by a very good friend of mine (I had actually met Jo at my friend’s social gatherings a couple of times in the past).When I was going through some challenging times this summer ((2020), my friend mentioned Jo and the fact that she was practising a special technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which sounded quite interesting and different from any other counselling and help I had used before. And, indeed it was!I found Jo to be very professional, engaging, direct with asking just the right questions at the right time, allowing me to understand my emotions and that even though it’s not always easy to deal with things in life, and that we all make mistakes, we should ‘truly and deeply accept ourselves’ - I loved this concept, as I had realised that the essence of everything - that starting point, was the fact that, only once you loved yourself first and accepted who you were, would you be able to deal with problems in your life (in any case, this was my interpretation).I was amazed at how much emotions had come out of me and started to feel much better.I would not hesitate in recommending Jo to anyone, as I thought that she was absolutely brilliant at this! Most certainly, if I ever needed her help again, I would definitely go back to see her.Thank you, Jo!

I’ve had three appointments with Jo so far and have noticed changes in myself, for the better, thanks to the therapy. I was able to instantly trust her from the start and felt comfortable talking about myself, which isn’t always easy for me.
