What Alex does so well is he gives me a picture of the future that I can understand. No waffle, no jargon, just a clear view based on facts. Alex humanises financial planning so it becomes less commoditised and more about me using the information to make positive choices. He really took the time to understand my situation, and then offered me ideas that would enhance my future. No hard sell, just friendly conversation that convinced me to restructure my current arrangements to make the most of what I have.
