Great classes. After nearly 40 years of doing Judo I had retired and not been on the matt for 5 years because of painful trapped nerves in my neck. I saw these classes and went along to see what it was all about. I've not looked back. They are excellent classes. Low impact, as there is not as much throwing as Judo as its mainly floor based. Great for keeping fit, you train as hard as you want. Fabio is an excellent teacher and certainly knows his stuff. Definitely recommend then if you are looking to learn some new skills of just want to keep fit in a different way. Also the Brazillian BBQ is amazing, it's not just about the fighting on the matt, it's a social side as well.

A fantastic and friendly group with a welcoming family atmosphere. Everyone is made to feel welcome. The tuition is superb. Always lots of support and laughter.

Fabio is a very good Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor, he takes his time in showing you the techniques, the classes are fun and friendly, I really enjoy training with the team, highly recommended.
