Easy to park and visit Argos and get some petrol too. Traffic terrible due to rush hour and roadworks on Winterstoke Road, but managed to find a route that avoided them. Not sure I'll try to go there again while roadworks are still in place. 6 min journey took 45!

Absolutely rubbish service.. for those who have a 30 minute break.. prepare to spend it all waiting in Sainsbury’s.. spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to notice me at the warm food counter ,( i would imagine at 13:00 is lunch rush !) then went to pay for my food , after checking my bill it was 8 pounds more expensive as random items had been added by the machine.. so onto the line for customer service where i could wait another 15 minutes to get reimbursed.. so no lunch break or warm food ! Absolutely terrible

Very helpful staff. Well stocked always.Only one thing bothers me, the fresh sushi section is always empty (or nearly empty) if you go after 4pm.

I like this supermarket, staff are very helpful and shop is always clean.I spend a little extra but the quality of the fresh produce make it worthwhile. It's also good to see that they water the plants which I think says a lot!Clean lavatories too plus the loo for the disabled always clean and tidy.

Used to shop in this store a lot, now use it occasionally.I visited 9 months ago, had to deal with rude and unhelpful staff members, causing me to make a complaint to head office.Visited again today, and again, death with rude staff members, apparently it was my fault that the WiFi had gone down in store and contactless payments weren't working and I wasn't told, so I couldn't pay for my shopping as I didn't have a card.I used scan and shop on my phone as we shopped, got to the till, was told I would have to rescan everything through as the scan and shop system wasn't working.I scanned everything back through, went to payWas then told i had to put my card in, I didn't have a card as I only had my phone. I told the man, he said he could put it on reserve and i could come back - I said i lived 20 mins away so was too far to come back to collect the shopping. He then said, well, it's not my fault is it?I was angry, but.kept my cool and said, yes, because you didn't tell me when you said about the scan and shop not working and no one told me when I entered the store. He said, they are telling people when entering which i replied, but they didn't tell me over 45 minutes ago.He then again said its no my fault.Wow.... what a way to talk to your customers.Absolutely disgraceful service, very rude staff members, no care or compassion or apology from the till staff. Made the whole experience 10 times worse after shopping for over 45 minutes, to not be able to come out with my shopping.NEVER coming back to this store again.staff members not great. Elderly people think they own the store and children shouldn't be in it.

It’s fine. Sometimes out of stock of lunch stuff eg sandwiches, sushi, etc and baked goods early in the morning (8:30) so can be disappointing if trying to pick up a meal deal on the way to work

This is a very large branch of this group. Had food household and a great caféI visited on a Saturday morning with a football match due to start.Really helpful staff who organised an electric scooter to shop in store. Very good demonstration and yes I want to get one. The store is well laid and has a large variety of goods and competitive prices. The check outs are quick and fast moving. Return of the scooter quick and friendly and also loaded the groceries into the car.Highly recommended

Sadly this store is looking very dated - especially the entrance and till areas, could do with a major refurb. Would be great to have a nice cafe in there again too, I'm not sure if it's open anymore - it's hard to tell because it's always so dark and dingy!

They are good for there clothes. But food shelf's are always empty as you cannot get what you want and end up going somewhere .

Quite a large store with a good selection of goods. Convenient parking, cafe. But in the afternoon, the shelves are half empty and the goods are not updated.
