Had a visit from Kerry last week for a health check on my ears. Kerry was both professional and good value for money. I have to say I have heard of people paying more to be honest. Kerry has all the connections to progress your diagnosis should it be required and sends a comprehensive visit report to you and in my case, my GP. Very satisfied with Kerry’s service and would highly recommend.

This was our first experience of using NW Ear Care and have to say the service was 5 star. Kelly arrived on time, was very caring and empathetic and explained the process before staring.I would have no problems asking for another visit and would definitely recommend to other friends and family.

Althou necessary at times, we all dread blocked ears being syringed. However, I watched Kerry applying a technique to remove wax from my 97 year old mothers ears using a narrow scoop called a curette without the use of water. It was quick and less messy resulting in wax easing painlessly out of the ears.. My mother played her part by taking Kerry's advice when booking the home appointment by inserting olive oil just for 4 days beforehand. Her manner was friendly and calming. A very professional service and I can thoroughly recommend her.

I had ear problems for nearly two years. Got in contact with Kerry who offered a very professional service.The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and everything was explained. I can hear again and have no discomfort with my ear. I can 100% recommend North west ear care.

Kerry's service is fantastic, so convenient having a home visit. She is so professional and friendly and very very thorough. If needed will absolutely be using the service again. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Really happy, Kerry was able to fit me in with about half a days notice which was massively appreciated as I was in a lot of pain. Can’t explain the relief I had when Kerry removed the wax from my ears. Really pain free, great service. Will definitely use again.

Kerry was recommended to me initially.My dad needed ear syringing and the wait was too long on nhs. She was friendly thoroughly professional and noted he had infection and arranged antibiotics via gp and returned to recheck ears before eventually able to syringe his ears 2 weeks later. My dad will definitely use Kerry again as she does home visits with very reasonable rates.I also used Kerry as my hearing was reduced for several months after a heavy cold. She did hearing tests and she informed gp with my results for referral to ENT. Very professional, lovely kind young lady who will go the extra mile . Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

My husband was suffering with muffled hearing on his left side. Kerry was very professional and after assessing the situation and providing advice she cleared the problem. He would recommend the service as Kerry is very knowledgeable and professional with the service she provides. 5 stars ☺️
