Very disappointed last time I went for various reasons(2022).But my faith has been restored.Very pleased with the service and new looking building.Booked hygienist for the next day, who was amazing and very funny (painless experience).New dentist very calming and professional.I have already rebooked for next year.

I have been attending this dental practice for some decades now. This was really a routine check-up. Fortunately, I have no dental issues! Appointment occurred punctually. Waiting room is comfortable and in process of being extended. Generally, a stress free experience. I recommend this practice.

The dentist saw me at short notice after I fell, injuring my mouth. Sunetta is always very gentle, kind and reassuring. She was able to check for any serious damage and suggest how to treat the cuts and swelling.I have always had great service from everyone, from reception to the principal dentist.

Building work is ongoing, so you have to make allowances. The new stairs are not as steep. The staff are lovely. It is difficult to say you had a great experience at the dentist, you have to pay and it can be discomforting or indeed painful, but I have never had a bad experience here.

My appointment at 11:00 yesterday had me making an apprehensive entrance.As soon as I entered the surgery I felt at ease. Dr Erum is so professional, gentle and kind. I only went for a check up but was pleasantly pleased with the new alterations, very nice. The dentist was very nice and informative and listened to everything l said. I was quite impressed with her. The only down side was she said the price was going up quite a bit next time for the hygienist. That is not good but in this day and age it is understandable.
