I had an issue with my phone charging port and they fixed it quickly and at a good price whilst I waited. A year or so go I had a problem with the audio on my phone and they sorted that too

The staff were very friendly and respectful when I visited last week. They offered to fix my phone for a much lower price than the other shops I've visited and I didn't have to wait for long before receiving my phone back.

My spouse had a charge port on her iPhone SE failing to charge. I stopped at this location and ask for price. I was told it may be fixable for half price as he may need to only tighten the port and not replace. I went to two other locations on the High Street and was quoted more money for replacement. I asked them if it was possible to simply tighten the port but both told me it needed replacing. Xpress is clearly a very honest business. My phone was fixed in 45 minutes for an amazing price.

Had phone screen repaired" for £60 (refused card and receipt). Next day the screen started fading and became unresponsive making the phone useless. Took it back and he insisted I had dropped it which of course I hadn't. Total rip off. DO NOT USE"

Sold phone that did not work to teenage daughter with no receipt. On return they tried to say the price paid was £30 less and came with charger, it did not.Luckily I attended and did not allow these cowboys to rob my daughter.They had the nerve to tell me to relax because they are honest businessmen.Do not spend your money here
