Just stayed overnight. Great friendly service in the bar. Food absolutely gorgeous, compliments to the chef. Rooms lovely and warm all night. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Went for my friend's birthday dinner. Absolutely amazing food. Steak was cooked to perfection. Staff were extremely attentive. The inside and outside is beautiful. Had an amazing evening. I would highly recommend to anyone who would like a delicious meal and lovely atmosphere

Booked it for my son & daughter in law & their little dog, they have dog friendly rooms, they enjoyed the breakfast & we had a lovely 3 course dinner in the evening. They had 3 nights of sheer bliss, enjoying the beautiful roll top bath. Very friendly staff, perfect for a luxury get away at very good prices

Our table booked for 2 at 7pm. Unfortunately our food did not arrive at our table until 8.10pm. There also appeared to be a function which inevitably made the bar really busy and customers were queuing into the restaurant area which felt noisy and chaotic. Children were also wandering and running around whilst people were eating. However when our food finally arrived it was very nice.Wouldn’t return in a hurry

The BearFriendly, good service, clean and great food, close to Mudeford, the New Forest and Christchurch.A great place for group gatherings, we had my mothers wake here and the staff where friendly, professional and very attentive, the layout of the pub area and the set up was perfect. Lovely decor and the staff went above and beyond to cater for all our needs.Thank you so much everyone at the Bear.

Visited for a meal Saturday. Live singer in main bar. We ate off the side. 3 steaks , fish and chips, side dish, dessert and beers only £190 for 4 people. Clean toilets and outside area. Off beaten track, but worth a visit.

Generally overall good once we received food. Service was a bit slow as it was a quiet midweek outing. Good parking space, great selection of drinks and food.

Enjoyed dinner good food friendly staff. Dog friendly ideal for dropping in after a walk or enjoying meal with friends. Large roomy car park and also plenty of outside seating. Well worth a visit.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was fantastic and decorated to such a high standard. The quality if the curtains were excellent.The staff were very friendly.Breakfast was marvellous.
