I arranged to have my rescue greyhound Drummer brought to Jersey by The Pet Bus. All I can say is that Drummer arrived very relaxed in the brilliant and kind care of Gary. He is only three years old and travelled very comfortably. VIP treatment all the way. I would be very happy to use the pet bus again and would recommend (and have done) to everyone I know and meet. From start to finish, Lesley was a pleasure to deal with, quick to respond to all my questions and I had the utmost confidence that our kittens were in safe hands.We had lots of ferry cancellations due to weather (and a broken boat!) and Lesley kept me updated every step of the way & listened and empathised with my worries/frustrations even though it was a lot worse and an absolute logistical nightmare for them. She didn’t have to do this, it was really kind and I thought that was absolutely amazing customer service ❤️I would 100% recommend the Pet Bus for your pets transport!! The Littles & Lola & Loki x

We cannot rate The Pet Bus highly enough for the service they provided. They picked our puppy Jax up from East Yorkshire for us and kept us up to date with photos all the way, Jax arrived totally relaxed and chilled. We considered picking him up ourselves but are so glad we used The Pet Bus instead, much less stressful for us. The Pet Bus is an amazing pet transport service that has a true passion for animals and their comfort. Honestly couldn’t recommend more they brought my pup over and even drove her down from wales for me! They made sure Bambi was as comfortable as possible on her journey from wales to Portsmouth then Portsmouth to guernsey. They also kept me updated the whole time. Honestly amazing!

I would recommend Pet Bus for all your transfers to and from the UK.We have recently used them to take our two dogs to the UK before flying to Melbourne.Lesley and Gary were fantastic, with so many changes to their departure from Guernsey due to the cancellation of Condor and the delay's in their flights from the UK. It meant that our dogs had to spend four nights with them.Lesley kept us updated with photo's and video's of them during this period.Can't thank you guys enough.Suzanne & Kelvin Seeds

We used The Pet Bus to collect kittens from the North of England, the service was fantastic, Gary made the collection in the early hours of the morning, drove across the UK and safely delivered our kittens to Jersey. Highly recommend using the service, most likely use again in the future, they made purchasing animals from the UK as easy as two emails. 5 star rating!
