Wembury Beach
Nice clean beach with rock pools. Facilities right next to beach. It's a gently slopping beach, so other than the normal supervision with kids, it looks pretty good.Access to the beach is ok, but you will need to be able to get down some concrete steps and uneven ground. Get there early as parking is limited and take some cash as the phone signal is not good.

Today the wind was huge, blew away all the cobwebs, the path all along the cliff was exhilarating, very little sand on the beach, but our cairn terrier very happy to be allowed on the beach again. We love Wembury Beach!

Wembury Beach
Surprisingly crowded on a day school should have started and had to queue to get a parking slot. National Trust parking charges are somewhat high as £6 all day was the only option. The beach is partly sandy with rock pools either side. The beach is gently shelving making it a good spot for kids, though it would also create surf in the right wind.

Sea surf Sand what's not to like.Sadly, the fog didn't spoil our evening swim. Use the little shop as the staff are great.The sand is full of BBQ ash!It is so easy to put the fire out with sea water and bag it for a bin, please enjoy the place but leave it so the rest of us can.Charcoal sandcastles are rubbish.

Beach area absolutely lovely. Lovely area to walk along too. Only down side is the signal to be able to pay for parking if you don't have cash or change.

A beautiful beach with stunning rock features, there is a walk down from the church as the road to the beach is closed off for repairs.The beach is clean even when we went in the middle of a storm and even then it was stunning. People were surfing and enjoying themselves.

Wembury Beach
A nice beach has a nice coastal walk to take dogs along even if the tide is in. Photographers can take some great shots around sunset/sunrise

Beautiful area and great for kids. Dogs allowed Sept-May. I highly recommend the quaint old cafe right on the edge of the beach - their pasties are delicious!

Wembury Beach
Lovely beach, with sand and pebbles.Absolutely great place for rock pooling, found lots off sea creatures. Will definitely be visiting again just fir that aspect.Got ice cream shop, ice cream is lovely.
