Kim makes you feel so welcome and as it is a one to one service you feel so pampered. I had never met Kim before my first visit but felt I had made a friend. Nails look great and I am looking forward to my next visit

After having acrylic nails for years from walk in salons, it’s safe to say I won’t be getting them again. Kim introduced me to BIAB and I can’t believe the difference in my nails and my cuticles. Kim made me feel welcome and comfortable and discussed my options before carrying out any treatment on me. Throughout the treatment she kept checking in on me to make sure everything was ok and even provided a drink and some chocolates. As Kim carried out the different steps of the treatment, she explained what she was doing and how it was going to help my natural nail. Since having my treatment, my nails have grown so much and my cuticles are no longer inflamed or sore. I’m so happy with the progress and I can’t wait for my next treatment. I would 100% recommend Kim and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on :) x
